Brian P. Wright, Esq., is the owner and founder of the Law Offices of Brian P. Wright & Associates, P.C. His passion for helping injured accident victims rebuild their lives and obtain compensation after devastating accidents prompted him to establish his law firm in 2000.

Brian’s compassion, dedication, and personal service to his clients have allowed him to successfully litigate and resolve complex medical malpractice, premise liability, and motor vehicle accident cases, recovering millions of dollars for his injured clients.  With his ‘hands on’ approach to litigating each case, clients view Brian as their confidant, problem solver, and trusted advisor. He has also earned the respect of his adversaries and colleagues, with his commitment to his clients and unparalleled work ethic, preparing each case as if it is the only one in the firm.  Many of his cases have been published in the widely renowned “New York Jury Verdict Reporter” and he has been recognized by his colleagues as a tenacious yet compassionate litigator.

Brian was born on a U.S. Marines military base located in Beaufort, South Carolina. His father served in the Vietnam war and is a decorated war veteran.  In maintaining the values of service to country and others, Brian, became a member of U.S. Air Force Reserve. After graduating with honors from C.U.N.Y. of Staten Island, he taught history for the N.Y.S. Board of Education. However,  his passion for law and trial litigation lead him to attending St. John’s Law School. He is currently admitted to practice law in the State of New York, and is also  admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern District of New York. He is an active member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York State American Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association and the Bronx County Bar Association. Brian is a firm believer that trial success begins and ends with a total commitment to preparation from inception to conclusion.

Brian is a devoted supporter of many charities, including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Susan G. Komen Foundation,  Air Force Aid Society, Wounded Warrior Project, and the Toys for Tots Drive. Brian, is also a leader within his community where he is a strong advocate of these charities and other community organizations.
